Ask inside the refund window and before you place your first order on the account, and we refund the fee in full.
After the first order
Once you place an order the service has been used and the purchase is final.
Fee back with a payout
Where your rule set says so, the challenge fee comes back with your first payout.
Our faults
If a verified technical fault on our side hurts your account, support fixes it with a reset, a replacement account, credit or a refund.
Chargebacks
A chargeback suspends the profile and voids the account.
